Delete your account & data
You can erase everything yourself, anytime: open the app → Settings → Delete all my data. This permanently removes your account, pets, photos, messages, memories and reminders from our systems. Prefer us to do it? Email support and we'll take care of it.
Export your data
Want a copy of your data before you delete it? Email support from your account address and we'll help you export it.
Manage or cancel a subscription
PetPersona Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change or cancel it, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PetPersona, or the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Avatars, replies or sound readings look off
These are AI-generated and meant for fun and companionship — they're science-informed at best, not literal animal translation and not veterinary, medical or behavioral advice. If an avatar didn't capture your pet, try a clearer, well-lit photo of just your pet and generate again. For anything health-related, please consult a qualified veterinarian.
Trouble signing in
We sign you in with a one-time code emailed to you (or with Google/Apple). If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and that the email address is correct, then request a new one. Still stuck? Email support.
Privacy & your data
What we collect, how it's used, the providers that process it, and your rights are all in our Privacy Policy. Your pet photos live in private storage tied to your account, and we never sell your personal data.
Availability
PetPersona is offered in English-speaking and other developed markets and is not directed at users in mainland China. It's intended for adults (13+).
