The service
PetPersona turns your dog or cat into a playful AI character with a cartoon avatar, conversation, sound readings and care reminders. It is provided for entertainment and companionship.
Entertainment disclaimer
Pet "conversations," sound readings and any behavior interpretations are AI-generated and science-informed at best — they are not literal animal translation, and not medical, nutritional or behavioral advice. Please don't rely on them for your pet's health or safety decisions. For anything health-related, consult a qualified veterinarian.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use PetPersona. The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. It is offered in English-speaking and other developed markets and is not offered to, or directed at, users in mainland China.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the app's features to you (for example, generating an avatar or a reply). You're responsible for having the right to upload the content you share.
Acceptable use
Please use PetPersona responsibly. Don't:
- upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service;
- use the app to harass others or violate anyone's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically unless canceled; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PetPersona available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties, and we may add, change or remove features over time. We may update these terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPersona is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
